Job summary

Colorado Mesa University is seeking a Custodian Team Member to maintain clean and safe facilities on campus. The role operates Monday–Friday, 6:00 PM – 2:30 AM, and requires basic custodial duties across floors and restrooms, with attention to safety and service quality.

Minimum qualifications include six months custodial experience and the ability to provide three professional references; preferred candidates have strong customer service and time-management skills.

Qualifications

• Six months of custodial experience in a business/corporation setting or similar.
• Provide names and phone numbers of three professional references.
• Excellent customer service and time-management skills are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform custodial duties to maintain cleanliness of facilities.
• Floors: sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, burnishing, stripping, and refinishing as needed.
• Assist with setting up rooms and ensuring safety and compliance in spaces.
