Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Cable Tray Material Handler for the 2nd shift (2:30 pm–11:00 pm) to kit and move production parts across Cable Tray lines. You will operate powered equipment to stock and remove parts, maintain organized production areas, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma, the ability to lift up to 75 lbs, stand for eight hours, and familiarity with SAP; forklift experience is preferred. Overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution.
• Must reside in Sherman, TX area; no relocation benefits.
• No immigration sponsorship offered; eligible to work in the U.S.
• Forklift experience (stand-up and sit-down) preferred.
• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs and stand for eight hours; repetitive tasks.
• Familiar with SAP and 5S/Continuous Improvement practices.

Responsibilities

• Kitting up and maintaining kitted production parts for Cable Tray lines.
• Move, store, and deliver materials to keep aisles clear and production organized.
• Operate powered equipment (e.g., forklift, walking crane) to stock and remove parts.
• Unload scrap and manage pallets; label parts identified.
• Follow 5S and CI; use SAP for part IDs; identify shortages and coordinate with purchasing.
