Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Cleans bathrooms, floors, walls, ceilings and fixtures using appropriate equipment.
• Collects and transports trash in large mobile receptacles.
• Performs seasonal outdoor duties including lawn, shrub care and snow/ice removal.
• Receives, unloads and relocates supplies without power equipment.
• Evaluates and trains night staff; secures building after hours.
• Schedules building service activities to avoid after-school conflicts.
• Coordinates facilities use for events and meetings.
• Assists staff and students in achieving school goals.
• Reports repair and maintenance needs to the Building Service Manager.
• Maintains logs and records; performs minor equipment repairs.
