Courtyard Boston Norwood/Canton is seeking a Part-Time Bistro Server / Bartender for evening hours. The role offers 2-3 shifts per week from 4:30 PM to 10:30 PM, with open availability including weekends and holidays.

You will provide warm, professional service, take orders, and craft beverages while operating Micros Simphony POS. This position emphasizes guest experience in a welcoming Bistro setting and supports opening and closing duties.

Qualifications

• Part-time evening position requiring good guest service and communication.
• Must be able to speak and understand English.
• Hospitality experience preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with Micros Simphony POS is preferred.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, professional service to Bistro guests.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately.
• Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine and other beverages.
• Prepare and serve Bistro menu items.
• Operate the Micros Simphony POS system.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming Bistro environment.
• Assist with opening and closing duties.
• Create a positive and memorable guest experience.
