Job summary

A Bilingual-Spanish Case Manager is needed for a women's shelter in Manhattan. Qualifications

• Two years’ experience with homeless population.
• Experience in residential setting, group work, tenant organization, case management, and community outreach preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake process with new clients within 24 hours of admission.
• Provide accurate documentation of the provision of supportive social services.
• Facilitate group and individual counseling, workshops, psych education, and recreational activities.
• Monitor and assess client progression/regression in behavior and/or appearance.
• Provide crisis intervention and address emergency situations.
