Qualifications
Two years’ experience with homeless population.
Experience in residential setting, group work, tenant organization, case management, and community outreach preferred.
Responsibilities
Conduct intake process with new clients within 24 hours of admission.
Provide accurate documentation of the provision of supportive social services.
Facilitate group and individual counseling, workshops, psych education, and recreational activities.
Monitor and assess client progression/regression in behavior and/or appearance.
Provide crisis intervention and address emergency situations.
