Job summary

BreakThru Services is seeking a Part-Time Evening Bilingual Behavior Therapist in Manassas, VA to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in home and community settings. You will implement individualized plans developed by a LMHP, collect data, and provide progress updates to treatment goals.

The role offers a $250 sign-on bonus for RBTs, flexible evening hours, and opportunities for leadership growth while supporting children with developmental disabilities.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license, valid car insurance and reliable transportation.
• Experience working with children with developmental disabilities.
• High School Diploma required; CPR/First Aid certified or will be upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home and community settings.
• Implement individualized plans developed by a LMHP.
• Collect data to monitor progress and effectiveness of treatment.
• Provide regular progress updates on treatment goals.
• Participate in team meetings and trainings.
• Maintain professionalism including dress, timeliness and communication.
