Job summary

Compass Health Network is seeking a Behavioral Technician for evenings in Rolla, MO. The role supports adults with behavioral health needs in residential/community settings, focusing on daily living skills, safety, and structured routines.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 3pm–11pm. Training provided for Level 1 Medication Aide, with driving responsibilities and strong emphasis on documentation and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School/GED required.
• At least 1 year of work experience or self-employment.
• Valid unrestricted driver’s license at time of hire; ability to obtain MO Class E license by end of 60-day period.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Support residents in building life skills, routines, and social behaviors.
• Assist with rehabilitation and behavior support programs.
• Monitor and document changes in behavior, mood, or physical condition.
• Provide basic care, such as taking vital signs and assisting with personal needs.
• Administer medication once certified as a Level 1 Medication Aide (training provided).
• Transport clients to appointments and community activities (driving is required).
• Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive living environment.
• Participate in emergency response and safety procedures.
• Complete documentation accurately and on time.
