Qualifications

Responsibilities
Support residents in building life skills and routines.
Assist with rehabilitation and behavior support programs.
Monitor and document changes in behavior or mood.
Provide basic care, including taking vital signs.
Administer medication once certified as a Level 1 Medication Aide.
Transport clients to appointments and community activities.
Maintain a clean and supportive living environment.
Participate in emergency response procedures.
Complete documentation accurately and on time.
