Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support residents in building life skills and routines.

• Monitor and document changes in behavior or mood.
• Provide basic care, including taking vital signs.
• Administer medication once certified as a Level 1 Medication Aide.
• Transport clients to appointments and community activities.
• Maintain a clean and supportive living environment.
• Participate in emergency response procedures.
• Complete documentation accurately and on time.
