Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of experience in human services preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have a valid driver's license in good standing.
• Able to obtain a level one fingerprint card.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with daily activities including personal care and socialization.
• Document progress and review service plans.
• Provide clinical expertise for specialized populations.
• Accompany individuals to medical appointments and in the community.
