Responsibilities

• Complete the intake process with new clients entering the program.
• Maintain client documentation.
• Observe and document client self-administration of medication.
• Coordinate client activities based on treatment plans.
• Evaluate behavioral and emotional needs of clients and provide crisis intervention.
