Embark Behavioral Health in Saratoga Springs, Utah is hiring Behavioral Health Technicians to support adolescent girls in a residential treatment setting. This on-site role involves guiding daily routines, group activities, and coping skills while closely collaborating with therapists and clinical staff.

The position offers full-time and part-time schedules with shifts 3:00 PM–11:00 PM, including some Sundays. A strong interest in behavioral health, psychology, or youth mentoring is preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a Utah State background check.
• Commitment of at least 8 months.
• Food Handler’s Permit required before first day of work.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct care and behavioral health support to adolescent residents.
• Lead daily routines, group activities, and therapeutic programming.
• Support development of healthy coping skills, communication, and emotional regulation.
• Assist with minor food preparation and model healthy lifestyle habits.
• Maintain a safe, structured, trauma‑informed environment.
• Collaborate with therapists and clinical staff on treatment plans.
• Document daily progress notes and communicate updates to leadership.
• Use safe verbal de‑escalation and physical intervention when needed.
