Job summary

Trinity Health Of New England is seeking a Mental Health Worker for the Behavioral Health team at Mt Sinai Rehab Hospital in Hartford. This full-time evening-shift role provides direct patient care, monitors safety, and supports psychiatric patients toward recovery.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides individualized patient care in a safe and effective manner.
• Performs and documents vital signs, ADLs, patient observations and other care activities.
• Responds rapidly to emergency call lights and conducts safety checks.
• Communicates effectively with the patient population.
• Demonstrates teamwork with problem-solving and conflict resolution.
