Behavioral Health – Northwest Ohio Behavioral Healthcare in Toledo, OH seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse for an evening, part-time position at 3:00pm-11:30pm. The role, located at 930 South Detroit Avenue, offers an hourly wage of $27.56, with weekend and holiday work as needed.

You will provide medication education, monitor patient health, and participate in safety-focused rounds within a multidisciplinary team.

Formación

• Licensed Practical Nurses who administer dialysis or IV therapy must possess Certification in IV Therapy (as required).
• Active Ohio LPN license required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide medication, education, and empowerment to individuals.
• Observe, evaluate, and record patient behavior, condition, and response to medication.
• Monitor patient health including vital signs, treatment plan progress, and activity participation.
• Serve in a multi-disciplinary team to ensure a safe, supportive environment during rounds and group facilitation.
