Job summary

BrightSpring Health Services, through SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care, seeks a part-time Behavior Technician for evening shifts serving Coachella Valley communities. Role focuses on 1:1 ABA therapy in homes or community settings, supporting youth with developmental disabilities and working under a BCBA supervision.

Candidate should have RBT certification preferred and a background in behavior support, with flexibility to meet client scheduling needs from 12:00pm to 8:30pm.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification preferred
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Two or more years of experience with individuals with developmental disabilities
• Valid Driver's License
• Reliable transportation and insurance
• Flexibility with scheduling and treatment needs
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills

Responsibilities

• Implement Applied Behavior Analysis driven programs for youth with developmental disabilities in their homes and/or a community environment
• Provide 1:1 therapy to individuals with a developmental disability in a home or community setting
• Implement treatment goals under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst
• Provide adequate feedback regarding progress to supervisor
• Facilitate teaching of communication, self-help, social-skills, and other targeted treatment goals
• Track client progress and program data
• Observes confidentiality and safeguards all patient-related information
