Above and Beyond Therapy is seeking exceptional Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) for part-time evening hours in Omaha, NE. The team emphasizes quality care in a supportive, collaborative environment with strong back-office support and growth opportunities.

Travel between assignments may be required. Responsibilities include intake evaluations, designing treatment plans, supervising ABA technicians, and communicating with families.

Qualificações

• Valid BCBA certificate required.
• Experience working with children and teens diagnosed with ASD and other developmental disabilities.
• Vehicle and valid driver’s license for travel between assignments.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct intake evaluations including functional behavioral assessments and skills assessments.
• Design treatment plans of care.
• Supervise and monitor the progress of behavior technicians.
• Design positive behavioral treatment and skill acquisition plans with goals tailored to the individual.
• Supervise and train ABA technicians; implement, model and monitor progress of individualized behavior support and skill plans with ABA technicians.
• Provide family support and explain assessment results and treatment recommendations.
• Graph data, adjust strategies to ensure progress, and provide routine progress summaries.
