Job summary

Three Pillars Senior Living Communities in Dousman, WI is looking for a full-time bartender for the evening shift (3pm-10pm). The role offers a starting pay of $15/hour plus tips, with opportunities to grow within a compassionate, mission-driven team.

Qualifications

• Valid Waukesha County bartender license required.
• Must meet minimum age requirements to serve alcohol.
• Basic math skills to handle transactions and balance bar transactions.
• Two years of bartending experience preferred.
• Hospitality experience preferred.
• Knowledge of mixology and proper pouring techniques.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, take orders, and provide recommendations.
• Prepare and serve beverages quickly, safely, and consistently.
• Mix and garnish drinks according to recipes and guest preferences.
• Maintain knowledge of menu, specials, and promotions.
• Check IDs to verify legal drinking age.
• Keep bar area clean, stocked, and organized.
