Job summary

NCG Hospitality is seeking a Bartender to join our Wisconsin team. Starting at $15.00/hour, experienced candidates may qualify for a higher wage; flexible availability on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, with open evening shifts.

A minimum of 6 months of bartending experience and knowledge of cocktails and spirits is required; bilingual is required. Deliver memorable dining experiences as you craft beverages and contribute to our award-winning culture.

Responsibilities

• Deliver memorable dining experiences for guests while crafting delicious beverages.
• Promote and craft drinks utilizing suggestive selling skills whenever possible to maximize revenues.
• Set up bar and back bar according to established procedures.
• Monitors guest behavior and alcohol consumption to determine when alcohol service to the guest should cease.
• Verify liquor inventory and complete all requisition requirements and stock.
