Job summary

Chick-fil-A Easton is seeking Back of House Team Members to prepare, cook and assemble food to Chick-fil-A standards. You will stock, maintain cleanliness, and work with kitchen stations under leadership in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

Position offers full-time and part-time schedules with 2–9:45PM availability. A friendly, reliable team player with a flexible schedule will thrive in this role and opportunities for growth exist within the local Operator's team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Able to stand for long periods of time.
• Able to lift and carry 20–40 lbs on a regular basis.
• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards.
• Be knowledgeable of assignments for all kitchen stations (fries, breading, assembling, boards, food prep).
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed.
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times.
• Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A.
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report maintenance issues to Leadership.
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on changes.
• Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned.
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times.
• Other duties as assigned.
