Job summary

Chick-fil-A is seeking a Back of House Team Member at a locally owned restaurant. You will help prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely and quickly, while learning from experienced Operator and Leaders.

Availability 6am-5pm, Monday-Saturday, full-time role with growth opportunities and a friendly team environment. Responsibilities include maintaining kitchen cleanliness, stocking inventory, and adhering to safety and dress code standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
• Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times
• Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report maintenance issues
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training
• Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned
