Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing required.
• Two years of RN experience.
• Current RN license in the State of Michigan.
• BCLS/ACLS certification per unit standards.
• Certifications appropriate for the specific unit.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and direct the provision of patient care within the department.
• Assist in developing, implementing, and monitoring budgets, quality improvement programs, and staffing levels.
• Support departmental goals, objectives, and regulatory compliance.
• Help evaluate and discipline personnel to maintain high standards of care and professionalism.
• Collaborate with the Director/Nurse Manager to align policies with organizational goals.
