Job summary

Oetiker is hiring a Manufacturing Associate for the 2nd shift (Evenings) in New York. You will assemble automotive quick connectors and related parts using manual and semi-automated processes, while following strict safety and 5S standards.

Regular hours are 2:00 pm - 10:30 pm, Monday to Friday. The role requires a high school diploma or GED with 6–12 months of light manufacturing experience; SAP and Leading2Lean knowledge are a plus, with opportunities for growth and comprehensive training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED plus 6–12 months light manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Assembles components per procedure and follows part procedures.
• Operates machines per procedure and adheres to safety requirements.
• Reads and understands job procedures and quality expectations.
• Maintains a clean, organized 5S-compliant workspace.
• Conducts leak testing and in-process inspections for quality.
• Trains manufacturing associates when designated.
• Keeps daily production schedule on track.
