Job summary

MS Companies is seeking an Assembly Operator for the B shift in Cullman, AL. The role is entry-level, with a 6:00 PM–6:30 AM schedule and a $18.00 hourly pay rate. A $150 sign-on bonus and a $100 referral bonus are available along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Prior manufacturing exposure is preferred, with a focus on accurate, timely work and safety. The position requires standing for 10–12 hours, teamwork, and the ability to follow written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Arrive on time each day.
• Safely produces and inspects products according to written instructions and training.
• Produces, inspects, packages and labels product as instructed.
• Test products and equipment per established standards and record results.
• Maintain organized work area and ensure quality standards.
