ADP is seeking an Evening Aquatic Supervisor to support Aquatics Instructors, Lifeguards, Maintenance, and Patrons while upholding safety and sanitation standards. The role requires ensuring proper pool operations, assisting with scheduling, and maintaining equipment and records.

The ideal candidate will have lifeguard and CPR certifications, experience teaching water classes, and the ability to work with all ages. A 6-month readiness window for required certs is expected.

Qualifikationen

• Current lifeguarding certification or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• CPR for the Professional Rescuer, First Aid, and AED certification or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• WSI certification preferred.
• Experience teaching children and adults in water classes.
• Ability to work with all ages and skill levels.
• Successful completion of background check and drug screen.

Aufgaben

• Maintain order and enforce pool rules and safety regulations.
• Enforce safety, sanitation and water-testing standards.
• Make decisions about pool closure when needed.
• Provide customer service to patrons and staff.
• Assist in coordinating classes and staff coverage as needed.
• Handle sign-in, registrations, and payments for Aquatic programs.
• Provide tours and information about services offered.
• Answer inquiries via phone and maintain a professional demeanor.
• Support instructors with scheduling and equipment setup.
