Qualifications

• Ability to identify, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical systems and equipment.
• Experience operating front‑end loaders or similar equipment.
• Basic to intermediate welding and fabrication experience.
• Commitment to maintaining a clean and compliant work environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for reporting.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs., work in inclement weather, and climb ladders.
