Job summary

Network180 in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking an Access Center Clinician or BSW to provide crisis intervention, screenings, assessments, and referral services for adults and children. Work may occur face-to-face or via telehealth, with weekend scheduling every other Saturday and Sunday from 12:00pm to 8:00pm.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work or Psychology, Counseling, or Counseling Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapist.
• Licensure in the State of Michigan as a licensed master social worker, professional counselor, marriage and family therapist, or psychologist; OR be eligible for a limited license as stated above and obtain that licensure within three months of hire.
• Thorough working knowledge of the practices and principles of psychological, emotional, and sociological assessment and diagnosis.
• Thorough working knowledge of professional ethics and standards of practice.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation for job related use.
• Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and rationally.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, email, database management, and data entry skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in stressful situations.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment and bridging language/cultural barriers to Network180 services within diverse communities.

Responsibilities

• Provide crisis intervention, screenings, assessments, and referral services for adults and children.
• Conduct face-to-face or telehealth assessments as needed.
• Work a scheduled weekend shift (every other weekend).
• Coordinate with diverse teams to connect clients with services.
