Job summary

Acorn Health in Pennsylvania is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians to deliver high-quality, one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. You will implement evidence-based interventions, collect data, and help families by promoting meaningful, independent outcomes for children on the autism spectrum.

The role emphasizes collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, ongoing professional growth, and a structured environment that supports both center- and community-based services.

Qualifications

• RBT certification preferred.
• 1–2 years experience with children preferred.
• 1 year experience with ABA preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree in psychology or related field preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA treatment to increase skills and reduce problem behaviors.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBA and team for high-quality service.
• Support parent/caregiver training as directed by BCBA.
• Collect data and document client records to monitor progress.
• Communicate with parents and supervisors to refine treatment plans.
• Provide services in center, home, school, or other locations as needed.
• Schedule may include driving between clients.
