Job summary

BK Healthcare Management seeks part-time ABA technicians to provide in-home and community-based services. You will implement evidence-based interventions to support independence and work with a clinical team to carry out skill-building plans.

No prior experience is required; paid training is provided. Schedule is Monday–Friday evenings (5pm–7pm), ideal for students. A 40-hour RBT training is required before working, with a minimum commitment of 6 months.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation to client sites.
• Must complete the 40 Hour RBT Training before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Be an integral member of the clinical team and implement skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
