Job summary

ABA Centers of Pennsylvania, a leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy, is seeking a Part-Time Behavior Technician in Horsham, PA. You will support clients across homes, schools, and clinics, with paid training and mentorship to advance toward RBT certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Availability mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver's license and insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track progress and maintain quality.
• Collect, organize, and document session data accurately.
• Work closely with BCBAs, team members, and families.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training.
• Assist with administrative and clinical support tasks as needed.
