Boulder Country Club is seeking an individual for our A La Carte Line to support during our busy season. The ideal candidate will have an exceptional understanding of all cooking techniques and the willingness to work any station necessary, including pantry, sauté, or grill. Compensation ranges from $20 to $25 per hour, depending on experience.

Job Duties:
  • Prepare all food items as directed, maintaining sanitary standards and timeliness
  • Follow recipes and presentation specifications
  • Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
  • Keep station clean and organized, practicing good safety and sanitation
  • Assist with cleaning and organizing kitchen and equipment
  • Restock items as needed throughout the shift
  • Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
Requirements:
  • Line cook experience: 2 years (preferred)
  • Availability to work weekends and summer holidays
  • ServSafe Certification preferred; other food handler certificates accepted
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mentality preferred
  • References and a working interview are required
