Job summary

Trinity Life Sciences seeks an Engagement Manager to lead EVAP engagements across multiple projects, acting as the main client contact and internal team lead. You will manage budgets, staff, and deliverables while developing new business opportunities and mentoring junior staff.

With 6–8+ years in biopharma strategy, you will guide value, access, and pricing workstreams, shaping client recommendations and high-impact outcomes for global clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with strong academic achievement; life sciences focus is a plus.
• 6–8+ years as a top performer within a biopharmaceutical/pharma strategy context.
• Excellent analytical and numeric capability.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• High attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
• Strong team player with ability to work under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main client point of contact for EVAP projects and lead internal teams.
• Coordinate with leadership and project teams to deliver actionable recommendations.
• Mentor junior staff and support internal training initiatives.
• Create and present client-ready materials, interim deliverables, and final reports.
• Identify follow-on opportunities and help grow EVAP’s global footprint.
• Field RFPs and develop first-pass proposals on pricing, access, and value strategy.
• Promote thought leadership in evidence strategy with client and non-client activities.
• Support business development and cross-functional collaboration across groups.
