Our trainers are expected to be some of the best in the field when it comes to knowledge of the exercise sciences and programming, presence and intensity within workouts, and keeping a client base accountable to getting to whatever fitness goal an individual may have.

Our Personal Trainers will work with the Personal Training Director to build and further their career.
