Job summary

Radius Recycling seeks a Warehouse Production crew member to support safe, efficient material flow and environmental compliance. The team handles core and scrap product production, enables customer pull requests, and ensures proper recycling of electric vehicle batteries.

The role includes receiving and sorting inventory, preparing shipments, pulling EV batteries, and supporting the production team with logs and maintenance tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Safety training and PPE adherence required.
• Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Experience with inventory processes or warehouse operations preferred.
• Ability to work extended hours including weekends/OT and multiple locations preferred.
• Exposure to outdoor weather and high voltage batteries is expected.

Responsibilities

• Receive inventory into the Warehouse Production Center.
• Sort inventory by product type and route to correct areas.
• Prepare loads for shipment based on sales demand.
• Pull batteries from electric vehicles in support of store operations.
• Assist production team and maintain logs for regulatory tracking.
