Ford Motor Company is seeking a software validation engineer for its Electric Vehicles, Digital and Design (EVDD) team. You’ll validate vehicle software and embedded systems, work in an Agile environment, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and milestone delivery.

The role requires 3+ years in automotive testing, in-vehicle validation, and experience with CAN networks, Jira/Jama/Testrail. Hybrid onsite four days per week with strong career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of automotive testing, validation, or systems engineering experience.
• Experience performing in-vehicle testing.
• Experience validating embedded software systems and vehicle features.
• Experience working in Agile product development environments.
• Vehicle validation including test planning, defect management and traceability.

Responsibilities

• Validate vehicle software and integrated systems across the product development lifecycle.
• Coordinate testing activities for embedded vehicle features and software releases in Agile teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineers to identify issues and drive corrective actions.
• Support both manual and automated validation to improve test processes and tools.
