Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering.
• 10–15+ years in vehicle development within automotive OEM.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with vehicle level testing and validation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of vehicle level targets (VTS) and targets setting.
• Coordinate inter-attribute trade-offs to align program goals.
• Lead vehicle level validation planning and execution.
• Support vehicle development and validation testing.
• Support all program drive events and launches.
• Act as Voice of Customer.
• Ensure vehicles meet functional targets at program gates.
• Communicate with management and cross-functional leaders daily.
