Job summary

TSMG Holding is seeking experienced Vehicle Test Drivers to support testing of new electric vehicles in the US and Canada before North American market launch. You will drive prototype EVs on predefined routes, visit EV charging stations, and verify charging availability and app functionality alongside a client-side engineer.

Responsibilities include recording issues, following testing procedures, and extensive travel up to cross-border assignments.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Willingness to travel extensively and be away from home for the project duration
• Experience in automotive, vehicle testing, data collection, or similar field projects preferred
• Experience with Electric Vehicles (EVs) strongly preferred
• Comfortable working with engineers and following detailed testing procedures
• Basic technical and smartphone/app skills required
• Willing to complete drug screening and random alcohol testing as required

Responsibilities

• Drive prototype EVs on predefined routes across the assigned region
• Visit selected EV charging stations (EVCS) and check availability
• Connect the vehicle to charging stations and verify charging process works
• Record and report issues or unexpected behavior observed during tests
• Follow predefined testing procedures and routes
• Work closely with a client-side engineer during testing
• Travel as required, including cross-border work between the US and Canada
• Maintain safety and responsibility while operating prototype vehicles
