Job summary

Microsoft is seeking a Program Analyst to support EV charging initiatives within the Transportation team. You will prepare, evaluate, and present research results across multiple projects, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery.

This role covers on-site and remote work with a 3-month assignment, Monday to Friday, 8–5. A background in data, EV charging infrastructure, or sustainability is preferred, with at least a GED and 3+ years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in data or EV charging fields.
• GED required as minimum education.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate EV charging projects, tracking progress, timelines, and deliverables.
• Monitor daily EV charging operations and address basic issues.
• Assist in data tracking, reporting, and vendor coordination.
• Provide project management support for planning and installing chargers.
• Manage multiple administrative tasks across projects.
• Engage with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure alignment.
• Maintain documentation, trackers, and reports for ongoing initiatives.
• Identify risks, delays, or issues impacting timelines.
