Job summary

Veo is hiring Repair Technicians in New York to maintain and repair our electric vehicle fleet. This hands‑on role suits mechanically inclined individuals who enjoy solving problems, working with their hands, and contributing to safer, greener communities.

Prior EV experience is not required; bike, scooter, car, or motorcycle repair background is a great fit. Responsibilities include comprehensive repairs, quality checks, and maintaining maintenance logs.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of maintenance/auto repair experience.
• Ability to lift, carry, push and pull EV bikes/scooters up to 80 lbs.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset and self‑motivation.
• Comfortable navigating and using smartphone apps.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive repairs on Veo’s electric bikes/scooters from bolt tightening to motor replacement.
• Conduct quality checks and routine inspections to meet safety standards.
• Log and track maintenance records following processes.
• Track inventory levels for spare parts on an ongoing basis.
• Maintain warehouse organization and set a team‑oriented example.
• Perform field tasks such as swapping batteries and redistribution.
• Other duties as assigned.
