Job summary

Veo is seeking Repair Technicians to maintain and repair our electric bike and scooter fleet in College Park, MD. This hands-on role is ideal for mechanically inclined professionals who enjoy solving problems and helping keep communities safe.

No EV experience required, but repair work on bikes, scooters, cars, or motorcycles is a fit. The position offers full-time hours, competitive pay, and opportunities to grow within a fast-growing micromobility company.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of maintenance or auto repair experience.
• Ability to lift, carry, push and pull up to 80 lbs.
• Comfortable using smartphone apps.
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs on electric bikes and scooters, from tightening bolts to replacing motors.
• Conduct safety checks and inspections to ensure vehicles meet standards.
• Log and track maintenance records following established processes.
• Monitor inventory levels for spare parts.
• Maintain organized warehouse and lead by example.
• Perform field tasks such as swapping batteries and redistributing vehicles.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and identify needed repairs.
