Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor's or master's degree in engineering related field.
• 3-6 years automotive validation, testing, or product development experience.
• Experience validating LV electrical components (wiring harnesses, connectors, terminals, fuse boxes, batteries, sensors).
• Experience with CAN, LIN, Automotive Ethernet, A2B communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and execute validation test plans for mechanical, electrical, and environmental failure modes.
• Validate LV components including wiring harnesses, connectors, terminals, fuses, batteries, and sensors.
• Define test requirements, select test equipment, sensors, and data acquisition systems.
• Execute laboratory and vehicle-level testing using DAQ systems, power supplies, oscilloscopes, EMS tools.
• Analyze test data, prepare validation reports, communicate results to engineers.
• Support root cause analysis, DFMEA activities, and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with design, suppliers, manufacturing, and cross-functional teams.
• Track project activities and deliverables using JIRA and Kanban.
