Job summary

Murray's Collision Group is seeking an experienced Automotive Technician for our Manchester, WA location to handle post-collision mechanical, electrical, EV and ADAS work on today's most advanced vehicles. Three-day weekends and stable hourly pay make this a great fit for skilled technicians.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as an automotive technician with mechanical and electrical diagnosis/repair.
• Strong electrical/electronic diagnostic skills, incl. wiring schematics.
• Comfortable working on EVs and hybrids, with high-voltage safety procedures.
• Experience with suspension, steering, braking and alignment systems.
• ADAS calibration and post-repair scanning experience preferred.
• ASE certifications a plus.
• Familiarity with OEM repair procedures and service manuals.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair post-collision mechanical damage including brakes, suspension, steering and alignment.
• Diagnose and repair electrical, electronic and computer systems on EVs and hybrids.
• Complete ADAS calibrations and post-repair validations to OEM requirements.
• Perform pre- and post-repair scans using approved scan tools.
• Repair and verify airbags, restraint systems and HVAC.
• Road test and quality check vehicles to manufacturer specifications.
• Document repairs and calibrations accurately in our management system.
• Coordinate with body, paint and estimating teams to keep vehicles on schedule.
• Occasional travel between Murray's locations.
