Murray’s Collision Group in Des Moines, WA is seeking an Auto Body Technician for a high-volume shop. Work on Tesla-certified vehicles at a flat rate and a 4x10 schedule, with potential earnings over $100K annually.

Qualifications

• Proven welding experience in auto body repair.
• Experience using frame and measuring equipment to OEM specs.
• Aluminum and EV repair experience is a plus; Tesla training supported.

Responsibilities

• Perform collision repairs including structural, welding, and sheet metal work.
• Use frame/measuring equipment to restore vehicles to manufacturer specs.
• Repair aluminum and EV vehicles following OEM procedures.
• Document repairs and maintain a clean, safe workspace.
