Job summary

Kandi America, based in Dallas, TX, is seeking an experienced Golf Cart & Electric UTV Technician to diagnose, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on recreational electric vehicles. This onsite role requires working with AWD systems, electronics, and batteries to keep carts and UTVs reliable for both recreational and commercial use.

The successful candidate will use Zendesk and NetSuite to manage tickets, have strong communication, and be able to lift 60+ pounds in a fast-paced shop

Qualifications

• 2 years experience working on electric golf carts, UTVs, or powersports vehicles.
• Proficiency with multimeter testing, wiring diagrams, and battery systems.
• Experience with AWD electric vehicles or similar systems.
• Strong communication skills and a hands-on technical mindset.
• Ability to lift 60+ lbs. and work in physically active conditions.
• Comfortable using digital tools and learning new systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide diagnostic and repair information for electrical systems, motors, controllers, and batteries.
• Assist with troubleshooting AWD Electric Carts UTVs.
• Support warranty claims review and determinations of approval or denial.
• Use Zendesk and NetSuite to manage service tickets and documentation.
• Work independently on assigned tasks with guidance from the service team.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
