Job summary

Recharged in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Detailer to cosmetically prepare our EV inventory for sale. You will help with vehicle presentation, keep the lot orderly, and support the reconditioning team to ensure every car meets our high standards.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented with a strong work ethic and a passion for delivering a positive customer experience. No prior auto detailing required, but a readiness to learn is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive detailing preferred but not required.
• Ability to operate vehicles safely and perform basic vehicle tasks.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members.
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Vehicle Management: Ensure all vehicles on the lot are properly detailed, in order and on time.
• Workspace Maintenance: Keep the garage clean and organized and ensure the work area is safe and hazard-free.
• Vehicle Presentation: Ensure vehicles are clean and presentable, meeting Recharged standards; collaborate with inventory manager to rectify issues.
• Coordination: Work with reconditioning team to support operations and prepare vehicles for delivery.
