Job summary

Tesla Collision Repair Program is seeking an experienced Collision Technician to perform structural and cosmetic repairs on Tesla EVs in a team-based environment. The role requires handling high‑quality repairs according to Tesla procedures, including welds and frame work with Celette jigs.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in automotive collision repair, strong reading of repair procedures, and a collaborative mindset. Certification in Mig Welding is a plus, with a valid driver’s license preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years as an Automotive Collision Repair Technician.
• Ability to read and comprehend automotive repair procedures.
• Excellent attitude and enjoys working with others in teams.
• Neat and organized work habits.
• Certification in I-CAR Mig Welding is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow standards and work in teams.
• Perform structural and cosmetic repairs on Tesla models.
• Use Celette Frame Jigs for setting new structural components.
• Glue, rivet, and weld structural components being replaced.
• Repair exterior cosmetic panels via metal finishing and body filler.
• Replace all parts associated with collision repair including body panels and suspension parts.
• Proficient in Mig Welding.
