Crash Champions in Orlando, FL is seeking an experienced Auto Body Technician to examine damaged vehicles, plan repairs, and drive quality results while keeping on-time status.

You will work with team members, read repair data, and decide repair vs. replace based on safety, cost, and cycle time. Must be able to use a frame machine, hold I-CAR welding certification, and pass a background check.

Qualifications

• Ability to use frame machine (requires hands-on experience).
• Knowledge of vehicle repair processes by manufacturer.
• I-CAR welding certification or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Examines damaged vehicle and plans repair to ensure quality and on-time completion.
• Communicates repair status with teammates and supervisors.
• Makes repair vs. replace decisions considering safety, cost, and cycle time.
• Directs apprentice and explains procedures as needed.
