Job summary
Harbinger, based in California, is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support daily production operations and drive continuous improvement across safety, quality, delivery, and cost. You will resolve manufacturing issues, optimize processes, implement ECOs, and ensure products are built to specification.
You will collaborate with Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, Maintenance, and Product Engineering to boost performance and capability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required in manufacturing/related field.
- 3+ years of manufacturing engineering experience.
- Experience in high‑volume manufacturing/EV/aerospace preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and root cause analysis.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary engineering resource for manufacturing issues impacting safety, quality, delivery, and productivity.
- Develop and maintain work instructions, standard work, process flows, PFMEAs, control plans, and documentation.
- Lead Lean, Six Sigma, and waste reduction initiatives.
- Lead root‑cause investigations using 5‑Why, Fishbone, DOE, and Pareto analysis.
- Support MES, traceability, process controls, and manufacturing system improvements.
