• Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Environmental Science or related field.
• Typically 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Knowledge of environmental regulations and waste/recycling practices.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end projects supporting GM's EV battery and materials recycling strategies.
• Plan and manage complex multi-phase projects across multiple GM functions.
• Collaborate with external suppliers, recyclers, and logistics providers to define requirements and drive high-quality execution at plants.
• Write Statements of Requirements (SORs) for battery lifecycle RFQs.
• Support business case development by analyzing data and monitoring industry developments.
