Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science or related field.
• Typically 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Proven cross-functional project/program management experience.
• Ability to work independently with external suppliers, service providers, and/or regulatory agencies.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional partners across GM functions.
• Working knowledge of environmental regulations related to waste, recycling or dangerous goods.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven approach.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to present to varied audiences.
• Demonstrated ownership, multi-priority management and timely delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end projects supporting EV battery recycling strategies and closed-loop initiatives.
• Plan and manage multi-phase projects across cross-functional GM teams.
• Work with external suppliers, recyclers, and logistics providers to define requirements and drive execution.
• Evaluate supplier capabilities and prepare SORs and RFQs for battery lifecycle work.
• Support business case development by analyzing data and stakeholder input.
• Collaborate on internal and external communications related to recycling.
• Develop sustainability plans for pack, module, and cell with stakeholders and technical specialists.
• Represent the team at external forums and conferences.
