European Territory Sales Manager – Life Science Sales

UK – Homebased with travel across Europe

Salary/Rate: £50,000-£70,000 plus bonus and car

Are you an experienced commercial professional working within scientific sales? Do you have experience of working with OEMs in the analytical equipment or gas generator markets? Are you looking for a new challenge with a specialist company who are quickly growing in Europe?

Our client is a rapidly growing and innovative business who deliver specialist services for a wide range of clients within the scientific sector. Established over 20 years ago, they specialise in developing and producing tailored solutions across Nitrogen/Hydrogen generators. Due to growth, they are now looking to hire a European Territory Sales Manager to join their friendly team.

Responsibilities:

  1. Managing current OEM clients to build relationships, upselling and cross selling to increase sales.
  2. Identifying and establishing new business with new OEMs in existing and new regions, covering the UK and European territories with extensive travel.
  3. Analysing sales data and providing regular reports on channel performance.
  4. Working closely with the service department to provide tailored solutions.

Qualifications:

  1. Sales experience of selling into OEMs, ideally with expertise in Nitrogen/LCMS—Hydrogen/GC markets.
  2. Customer focused with the ability to establish and build relationships, developing credibility and reputation for the company.
  3. Self-motivated with effective planning and strategizing to reach sales targets.
  4. Strong spoken and written English; ability to speak other European languages is a bonus.
  5. Able to work independently and travel internationally as required (up to 50%).
