Job summary

ESCP Business School is looking for a professional with extensive technical expertise in building construction to support and safeguard its real estate projects from design through to completion, acting on behalf of the client or end users. Within the Real Estate Department, you will provide technical expertise throughout the projects and contribute to informed decision-making by the Department.

Extensive technical expertise in building construction.
Experience supporting real estate projects from design to completion.
Ability to align technical solutions with budgets, timelines and quality standards.

Responsibilities

Reviewing design studies and assessing the proposed technical solutions.
Identifying and anticipating technical, financial, contractual and scheduling considerations requiring particular attention.
Assessing the impact of technical choices on costs, timelines and quality.
Reviewing proposals submitted by architects and engineering teams, design consultancies, contractors and project management teams.
Reviewing budgets, cost estimates, schedules and key milestones.
Participating in project reviews and providing well-supported recommendations to inform decision-making.
Collaborating with campus teams and the various project partners across Europe.
